All products are returnable if faulty in any way. Please contact us immediately to discuss your concerns, preferably within 48 hours of receiving the goods. We will happily replace the product, exchange or refund your money on confirmation of the fault. Please note that "change of mind" does not constitute a faulty item.

Here at Dizzy Desy we understand that sometimes products might not always meet your expectations, so please feel free to contact us and we will do our best to ensure you enjoy shopping at our store. If you are required to return the item, please return the product within 30 days of receiving the item. Please include a copy of your invoice or any email correspondence. Please return the product in its original condition, unused or unworn. Please ship it back to us in appropriate packaging so that it is not damaged in transit. A refund or replacement will be issued on receipt of the product as per the customers choice. We are here to make your shopping experience hassle-free and fun.
