Please read the following carefully to ensure you are fully aware of our return/exchange policy. Our aim is to please the customer so we will do our utmost to assist you with any queries or issues.

CHANGE OF MIND

If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase, please contact us to discuss. The item/s must be returned to us within 14 days of your delivery date and with return costs to be paid by the purchaser. The item is in re-saleable condition, meaning that:

– It is in its original packaging as received, including clothing swing tags still attached and

– It is unworn, unused, and in its original condition

– In the case of bedding/décor items and where measurements are provided (such as quilt cover sets etc), the original plastic wrapping and manufacturer’s seal/sticker securing the product must be still intact. Bedding and décor items (including quilt cover sets, curtains, blankets, towels, hooded towels etc., where the original manufacturers seal and/or packaging has been opened).

FAULTY ITEMS OR INCORRECT ITEMS

In the unfortunate event you receive an item you believe is incorrect or faulty please email us within 5 days of receiving the item with a detailed description of the problem and include clear photos if necessary, showing this. We will get back to you as soon as possible to discuss and resolve any issues.
